A DAY IN NOVEMBER!

Today is the tenth day of November, the for-cast is for a mix of sun and clouds, and soon flurries will come falling down; I love when the snow covers the ground, like a blanket, and the land of white, will be every where, Oh what beauty will abound. I love that first fall of snow, that covers the dirty muddy ground; The white pure appearance, reminds me of our lives, before and after salvation; before when we were dirty sinners, we were as that muddy ground. The white snow reminds me, of the purity I felt, when God’s Holy Spirit came. to live in our temple, and wash us white as snow, and we are now the sons of God! “OH, What a day that will be, when the face of Jesus we shall see”! All with His amazing love and amazing grace! ~Winston Staples

A Psalm for Today!

Psalm 97 King James Version 97  The  Lord  reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof. 2  Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne. 3  A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about. 4  His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled. 5  The hills melted like wax at the presence of the  Lord , at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth. 6  The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory. 7  Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods. 8  Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O  Lord . 9  For thou,  Lord , art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods. 10  Ye that love the  Lord , hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. 11  Light is sown for the

Scripture Reading!

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 King James Version 13  But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15  For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16  For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Psalm for Today!

Psalm 94 King James Version 94  O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself. 2  Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud. 3  Lord , how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph? 4  How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves? 5  They break in pieces thy people, O  Lord , and afflict thine heritage. 6  They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless. 7  Yet they say, The  Lord  shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it. 8  Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise? 9  He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see? 10  He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know? 11  The  Lord  knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity. 12  Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O  Lord , an

The Heart [6] Posted by Leave a comment on The Heart [6] The Hear Our study of what the Psalms tells us about the heart continues with Psalm 39: 3 K.J.V. “My  heart  was hot within me, while I was musing  the  fire burned:  the n spake I with my tongue,”. Psalm 40: 10 is our next verse which reads in my King James “I have not hid thy righteousness within my  heart ; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from  the  great congregation.”In verse 12 we see this about the heart “For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up;  the y are more than  the  hairs of mine head:  the refore my  heart  faileth me.  Our next stop is Psalm 44:21 Shall not God search this out?  for he knoweth  the  secrets of  the   heart .  [Yes, God knows everything in our heart!] Now let’s look at Psalm 45: Psalm 45:1 King James Version 45  My heart is inditing a good matter:

The Heart

To day I am sharing more verses from Psalms about the heart I invite you to come along with and see what the word tells you and me! I am using my K.JV. Bible! We begin our journey at Psalm 36 verse one “ T he  transgression of  the  wicked saith within my  heart , that  the re is no fear of God before his eyes. ” now let’s walk a bit farther to verse 10. “O continue thy lovingkindness unto  the m that know  the e;  and thy righteousness to  the  upright in  heart . “ Turn to Psalm 37: 4″Delight thyself also in  the  Lord: and  he shall give  the e  the  desires of thine  heart . ” We read in Psalm 37:15″ The ir sword shall enter into  the ir own  heart , and  the ir bows shall be broken.”In verse 31 we see these words about the heart “ The  law of his God is in his  heart ;  none of his steps shall slide.” In Chapter 38 verse we read in verse eight “I am feeble and sore broken:  I have roared by reason of  the  disquietness of my  heart .”  One more verse for this day is verse ten “ My

A Favourite Chapter in the Bible is Romaans eight King Jaamess Version!

Romans 8:31-39 King James Version 31  What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32  He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for  us  all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all  things? 33  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 34  Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36  As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37  Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39  Nor height, nor d
Colossians 1:9 King James Version For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

A DULL NOVEMBER DAY! I awakened to see a still grey morning, after a long restless night; I tossed and turned, trying to find a place just right. No matter where I lay, the pain wouldn’t go away; I tried to slip into a haven of rest, a harbour just around the bend. God would be there to comfort, me with His Holy words; I’d sing a hymn, a chorus sweet, I’d always find rest, heavenly rest, when I’d kneel at Jesus’s feet. His soft words, spoken with love and care, I looked up, and said thank you, for always being there to listen, and to answer our prayers, with such love and amazing grace; Thank you Jesus, for always being there, to hear and answer our prayers!

THE HEART!

THE HEART! Hi my friends, the scripture readings are from the King James Bible. Today’s study from Psalms begins with Psalm twenty- eight verse three 3 “Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief is in their hearts. “ Now focus our eyes on verse seven and see what it says to us.7 “ The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. “ Our next stop on our journey through Psalms is chapter 31 verse 24;here is what it says 24 ” B e of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart , all ye that hope in the Lord.” In Psalm 32 verse eleven we read this about the heart.11 “Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. “ Now turn and underline what is tells us about the heart in Psalm 33 verse 11.11 “The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever, the thoughts of
