MY OBSERVATIONS!

MY OBSERVATIONS! –  May 16, 2026  The wind is blowing, The limbs rush bye, The fluffy white clouds, Look like cotton balls, Sprinkled all over the sky! The May flowers are, Starting to bloom, Along the driveway, The yellow daffodils, Grow on my lawn, Sadly, Soon they will be gone. The robins sing its Spring, its Spring! God speaks in the breeze, And whispers through the pines, I’m here, I’m here for you, All the time, all the time! ~Winston Staples
KINDS OF JOY! A review of kinds of Joy, so let's share them all around! KINDS OF JOY a/ foolish—Proverbs 15:21 Folly is joy to him that is void of [a]wisdom; But a man of understanding maketh straight his going. b/ temporary— Matthew 13:20 And he that was sown upon the rocky places, this is he that heareth the word, and straightway with joy receiveth it; c/ motherly— Psalms 113:9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, And to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye Jehovah. d/ figurative—Isaiah 52:9 Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem; for Jehovah hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem. e/ future— Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful [a]servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy lord. 22 And he also that received the two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: lo, I have gained. Joy is described as fo...

Bible Verses!

Philippians 4:6-9 King James Version 6  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9  Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

SOME BODY!

I went to the village, somebody drove me there, watched somebody, buy groceries there; went to church, somebody drove me there, somebody opened the door, somebody welcomed me there, somebody sang a hymn, somebody said a prayer; somebody walked the aisle, somebody said yes, yes, to Jesus, somebody rejoiced, somebody was richly blessed there ~Winston Staples

THE DREAM!

The Dream Last night I dreamed a dream, some might call it a nightmare, and they would scream. I was in a large fancy building, people were everywhere, there was no Bible reading, and there was no prayer; I asked,  whom do you worship? They answered,  the world is our master, I answered, I don't agree wit you there! Jesus is my Master, I hear His loving words, I see Him  everywhere! Philippians 3:20-21 King James Version 20  For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21  Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. ~Winston Staples

NO CONDEMNATION!

Today is sunny with a gentle breeze blowing as I prepare another study from Romans in my King James Bible, Turn with me to chapter eight. Verse one we read that there is no condemnation for those who believe and follow the gospel as written in 1Cor.15:1-4 and Romans 8:3,4. Verse 6,13 of chapter 8 tell us to be spiritually minded gives life and peace. Verse 14 says those who live or walk in the spirit are the sons of God.  We who walk in the spirit are adopted by God and can call Him Abba Father. Now let's jump to verses 35-39 and see what Paul writes about the love of God toward the believers and followers of Jesus the Christ. Tribulation, nakedness, peril, sword, persecution shall not, nay, all these things shall not keep us from being conquerors though Him that loves us. Verse 38 Paul writes that he was persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, sha...

Spring Time!

DAY BREAK What a beautiful morning, the sun is shining bright, it makes my heart sing, as it removes the darkness, and reveals it’s marvelous light. The bright reflection on the water, shines so brightly in my eyes, and in the pines, a lonesome dove, makes it’s lonely cry, but off to the right, I hear a robin sing, cheer up, cheer up, it is spring! ~ Winston Staples
