Thank you Father, For this day And our daily bread, And the roof over our head. PONDERING! I sit looking out the window, The weather is funny these days, It seems to change so quickly, The sun is out one moment, Next it is sprinkling rain. No matter what it is doing, Let’s raise our voices and give praise, Singing songs of thanksgiving, All of our God given days. Singing “ To God be the Glory,                 For the great things                 He has done”. And “ Amazing Grace” and “ what a day that will be”! Thank You Jesus for your death, Burial and Resurrection, as You, Finished the way to Salvation, On that old rugged cross at Calvary! ~WINSTON STAPLES

 I woke up blurry eyed, I saw a beautiful sunny morning, as I looked outside; a special morning to kneel, on our knees and pray. I thank Him for His Salvation; I thank Him for His Holy Spirit, that guides us through our day. The snow is beginning to melt, soon the green grass will grow; God will send the song birds, to sing for you and me. O, how I love to hear, the robins sing, cheer up,cheer up, wake up and enjoy spring. So let's rejoice in God's Salvation plan, through His Son's finished work, as He hanged on the tree; baring yours and my sin. Yes, we are washed clean, by the precious blood of Jesus, God's only begotten Son. By believing in Christ's death, burial and resurrection; We have life for eternity, O, what a VICTORY! ~Winston Staples

It is Sunday March 5/2023, and with a baby blue sky, there is a lot of sunshine; the rays quickly melting the ice cycles, many large ones hanging from the roof. The sun’s rays are getting warmer, as the earth draws nearer to the sun. In our lives we go through cold days, yes, through coldness and death, causing big ice cycles to form and come into our hearts, when we neglect, yes, neglect reading and studying God’s word. We get further from God and need revived; and we are revived by getting into God’s word, and close to Jesus our Saviour in prayer and He will, surely warm up the cold soul, and we will be revived again. ~Winston Staples

 DAY BREAK What a beautiful morning, the sun is shining bright, it makes my heart sing, as it removes the darkness, and reveals it’s marvelous light. The bright reflection on the water, shines so brightly in my eyes, and in the pines, a lonesome dove, makes it’s lonely cry, but off to the right, I hear a robin sing, cheer up, cheer up, it is spring! ~ Winston Staples
