Falling Soldiers!

Fallen Soldiers!

Posted on November 2, 2023 by wint68,70pluswint

November 11th Remembrance day,

when we wear our poppies,

aand say thank you for the Soldiers,

who laid down their lives,

so we have the freedoms of today.

We say thank you and we pray,

that no more world wars,

will happen in our days.

We are thankful for the fallen brave,

who fought for us,

now lay in solemn graves.

Thank you Heavenly Father,

for this land so free;

because You gave our soldiers bravery!

Thank you for setting us free,

and eternal life by trusting in Thee!

Surrounded by Angels

SURROUNDED BY ANGELS As sometimes we feel alone Remember we are surrounded by angels, like those around God’s throne. When we feel helpless, We are surrounded by angels, God has sent to bless. When we need a message from a gospel tune, We are surrounded by angels in our room, and when we need encouragement remember, we are surrounded by angels, Glorious Angels God has sent. Yes, when we feel gloom, Don’t forget, We are surrounded by angels, surrounded by angels in our room. ~WINSTON STAPLES

CLOUDS!

THE CLOUDS Our lives are like the clouds, little vapors in the sky, we hang around awhile, then we say goodbye. Our lives are like the clouds, sometimes all fluffy and white, some times we have our trials, like the black clouds at night. Our lives are like the clouds, being driven by the wind, sometimes we are tossed to and fro, as we fall into sin. Our lives are like the clouds, that are controlled by God’s hand, when we put our trust in Him, He will guide us across this land. Our lives are like the clouds, all beautiful and bright, floating around the sun, as it sets at night. Our lives are like the clouds, little vapors in the sky, we hang around awhile, then we say goodbye. ~ Winston Staples

Attitudes

Attitudes Is your attitude a thankful one? Or do you grumble and complain? Is your attitude a serving one? Or when asked to serve, Pass to another's name? Is your attitude a loving one? Or do you put yourself first, In life's game? Is your attitude a prayerful one? Or do you seldom call upon God’s name? Is your attitude one of sharing? Or do you show very little caring? These attitudes are not God’s plan, They are the attitudes of a selfish man! ~Winston Staple
